Win Work is about understanding the services you have to offer and expressing them in the most engaging way to decision makers. This often happens through a Request For Proposal (RFP), but is the same thought process and preparation for applications and grant writing.
The following is a selection of projects I helped secure through a proposal and presentation process. Each one is organized by a description of the Project, details of the Pursuit, and how the project exceeded the expectations and imaginations of the architects, engineers, and owners in the realm of Placemaking—the collaborative and multi-faceted approach to create public spaces that promote the positive interaction of people in a place. Placemaking integrates community development, urban design and planning, economic development, engineering and infrastructure, the arts and culture, and sustainability.
